Twelve days diet

Twelve days diet is better tolerated during the autumn-winter period. In fact, it consists of 12 hard days of discharge. Not recommending to apply this diet to people who have health problems. It is possible to lose 8-10 kg of excess weight if you adhere strictly to the menu.

Twelve days diet menu that is (after 18:00 is not recommended):

1 day (kefir)

• 1 liter of yogurt (2.5% fat)
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• herbal tea

day 2 (fruit)

• 4-6 oranges
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• herbal tea

day 3 (cheese)

• 2-3 packs of nonfat cottage cheese (250-300 g)
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• herbal tea

4 day (vegetable)

• 1 Bank squash caviar
• herbal tea

the 5 day (chocolate)

• 1 chocolate bar (100 g)
• herbal tea

day 6 (Apple)

• 1-1,5 kg of apples without skin
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• herbal tea

7 day (cheese)

• 300 g of cheese
• herbal tea

the 8th day (vegetable)

• vegetable salad
• 1 liter of tomato juice
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• herbal tea

9 day (meat)

• 400 g boiled beef
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• herbal tea

10 day (vegetable)

• a salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, parsley, dill, celery, sunflower oil and a little salt
• herbal tea

11 day (cottage cheese)

• 2-3 packs of nonfat cottage cheese (250-300 g)
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• herbal tea

12 day (fruit)

• 1 kg fresh plums (or 500 g of prunes)
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• herbal tea
