The main provisions of the diet

the Duration of this diet for 35 days. Every day should drink at least 1.5 litres of still water. Before undergoing a diet, you should consult with your doctor. This technique is contraindicated in the presence of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, kidney, and hypotension.

Diet diet

the Days of No. 1...No. 3
• Before meals: 1 tbsp. warm water with honey (1 tsp) and lemon juice
• Breakfast (15 minutes): coffee or tea (sugar cannot be added)
• Lunch: chicken and vegetables
• Dinner: 200 g white cabbage (it must cook and eat, after drinking the broth)

Day # 4
• throughout the day: yogurt (1.5 l) and water

Days # 5 and # 16
• throughout the day: baked potato without fat and salt (5 tubers of medium size), yogurt (500 ml) and water

Day # 6
• throughout the day: 500 g chicken fillet, 500 ml of kefir

Day 7
• throughout the day: 500 ml of yogurt and 500 g of cottage cheese

Day # 8
• throughout the day: yogurt (1 l), sour cream 15% fat (1 tbsp), water

Day 9
• throughout the day: a handful soaked in hot water prunes, kefir (500 ml), water

Day 10
• throughout the day: yogurt (500 ml) and mineral water

Day 11
• throughout the day: still water

the Days of No. 12 to No. 14
• 12.00: water
• 12.00: 100 g of cottage cheese or 50 g low-fat cheese
• 14.00: tea and boiled chicken egg (without salt)
• At 16.00: a portion of yogurt
• 18.00: 100 g of fish or meat, 200 grams of vegetables (you can make a salad)

Day # 15
• throughout the day: 1.5 liters of fermented milk drink

Day 17
• throughout the day: 200 g of cottage cheese and 500 ml of yogurt

• throughout the day: pears or apples (4 pieces) and kefir (500 ml)

Day 19
• throughout the day: 400 g chicken fillet, 500 ml of yogurt

Day 21
• throughout the day: mineral water without gas

Days No. 23 No. 24 No. 35
• Breakfast: unsweetened green or black coffee
• Lunch: homemade tomato juice (without salt), 100 g cabbage, boiled eggs (2 PCs)
• Dinner: steam fish or boiled shrimp (300 g)

• Breakfast: unsweetened green or black coffee biscuit
• Lunch: homemade tomato juice (without salt), 100 g cabbage, boiled eggs (2 PCs)
• Dinner: boiled beef (200 g)

the Days of No. 26 and No. 33
• Breakfast: green or black coffee
• lunch: a salad of shredded raw carrot, 1 tbsp grated low-fat cheese and egg, soft-boiled
• Dinner: apples or oranges (2 PCs.)

the Days of No. 27 and No. 32
• Breakfast: salad of green vegetables (oil can not add, as a dressing, use lemon juice)
• Lunch: lettuce, boiled fish (200 g)
• Dinner: pears or apples (2 PCs.)

• Breakfast: black or green coffee
• Lunch: 200 g steam chicken, green vegetables (you can make a salad)
• Dinner: omelette steam of 2 eggs, grated carrots with 1 tsp vegetable oil

the Days of No. 29 and No. 30
• Breakfast: black coffee
• Lunch: 200 g steam chicken, fruit (1 piece)
• Dinner: diet one of the days (23, 24, 26-29)
