The Finnish diet
This diet developed by Finnish nutritionists for people who are overweight. Exclusion from the diet of high-calorie foods that contain sugar and animal fats is based diet. Completely removed the following products: animal fats, bread, pasta, rice, sweets, smoked products, canned food. Also limit the consumption of salt — just naturally contained in food.
the staple of Finnish diet is a soup, and the emphasis is on seafood and fish. Also allowed: vegetables, whole grains (barley, buckwheat, oats), lean meat, fish, low-fat milk, dairy products, low fat cheese, fruit. Liquid (tea, coffee, fruit juices, mineral water) is should drink at least 2 liters.

The Finnish diet — sample menu for one day is:
1st Breakfast. Soup, cereal with milk, fruit juice;
2nd Breakfast. Soup, fresh fruit;

Dinner. Soup, roast lean meat, buckwheat porridge, fruit salad with yogurt.
For the night. A glass of milk.
Soup recipe for Finnish diet:
Onions (500 g.), celery (300 g.), carrots (250 gr.), cabbage (250 gr.), parsley (250 gr.), leeks (200 g.), cauliflower (200 g.), garlic (head), tomato juice (glass), black pepper, Basil.

Hold this diet as much as possible, it is quite sbalansirovanny. The minimum period is 2 weeks.
