Diet for 20 days


Want to lose weight – have patience. The following diet will make you adhere to the fasting regime for almost 3 weeks, but the end result is sure to please. Twenty-day diet will help you to significantly adjust the shape.

Protein and vegetable diet for 20 days

Protein and vegetable diet for 20 days, and takes 5-7 kg. diet Menu makes you alternate days carbohydrate and protein menu as well as unloading.

• the Days № 1, 2, 7, 8, 13, 14, 19, 20 – unloading
• Days № 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 16 — protein foods
• Days № 5, 6, 11, 12,17, 18 – vegetables and fruits

Menu unloading
• For the day: 2 slices of black bread, 1 liter of low-fat yogurt, 1 tbsp. tomato juice (in the evening)

Menu protein days
• Breakfast: boiled egg, 30 g of rye bread, tea with 1 tsp honey
• Lunch: mushroom or fat-free meat broth, meat, fish or poultry in boiled – 150 g steamed vegetables – 150 g, 30 g rye bread
• Afternoon tea: 1 tsp. honey and tea
• Dinner: boiled egg, 100 g of white cheese, 30 g rye bread, 1 tbsp. low-fat yogurt

Menu carbohydrate days
• Breakfast: a couple of fruits (bananas excluded)
• Dinner: 120 g boiled or steam vegetables, 150 grams of vegetable soup, 150 g fruit salad (no dressing)
• Snack: fresh vegetables – 2 pieces and herbal tea
• Dinner: 30 grams of corn bread, 10 g butter, 150 g of vegetables (in a salad), 1 tsp. honey and tea

Diet "20 pounds in 20 days"

Diet 20 days 20 kg is based on the principle of sharp cutting calorie intake by consuming low-calorie products. In addition, the weight loss is due to daily renunciation of one of the meals.

• Apples
• Broccoli
• cabbage
• Beans
• Chicken
• Buckwheat
• Cucumber
• eggs
• Sea fish (cod, etc.)
• Greens
• Tomatoes
• Rice
• cottage Cheese and skim milk
• Fructose
• Green tea

you Must adhere to the following power scheme.

the Days of No. 1... No. 4
• Breakfast: 150 grams of skim cottage cheese, 4 apples and green tea with fructose
• Lunch: 100 g porridge of brown rice, 200 g chicken fillet, boiled, salad of cucumber, tomato, parsley and dill with olive oil (you can season with a little salt), 1 tbsp. skim milk
• Dinner is missing (if you really want to eat, it is permissible to drink 1 tbsp. skim milk sweetened with fructose)

the Days of No. 5... No. 8
• no Breakfast (with a strong sense of hunger can drink a glass of green tea sweetened with fructose)
• Lunch: 150 g of buckwheat porridge on the water, 200 g steam fish, boiled egg, green tea
• Dinner: 150 g of cabbage and tomato (you can make a salad), and water

the Days of No. 9... No. 12
• Breakfast: cucumber salad (5 PCs cucumber, lemon juice and a little olive oil), and water
• Lunch is missing (it is recommended to drink water with lemon juice)
• Dinner: boiled beans (bowl), 150 g boiled chicken fillet, water

the Days of No. 13... No. 16
• Breakfast: green tea with 1 tsp. of fructose, 200 g low-fat cottage cheese
• Dinner: steam broccoli – 200 g, water
• Dinner is missing (you can drink water with lemon juice and eat Apple)

the Days of No. 17... No. 20
• no Breakfast (with a strong sense of hunger is permissible to drink 1 tbsp. skim milk)
• Lunch: 200 g boiled fish, cucumbers – 2 PCs., greens
• Dinner: 200 grams of porridge made from brown rice, tomatoes – 2 PCs., dill.

This diet for 20 days, takes from 10 to 20 kg (depending on initial weight).


Diet for 20 days under force is not for everyone – long dietary restrictions significantly debilitating (both physically and psychologically). Many dieters manage half of the diet, after which there is a failure. In this case, it is recommended to switch to a more balanced menu and continue to monitor the amount of calories.
