a semi-liquid diet is very "hard" consists of six days of fasting (milk, yogurt, eggs, beef, fruits and vegetables) that you can lose weight by 3-4 kg.

Semi-liquid diet menu is:

the 1st day. 1.5 liters of milk.
2nd day. 2 liters of curdled milk;
3rd day. 6 boiled eggs;
4 th day. 400 gr. boiled beef;
5 th day. 600 gr. vegetables;
6th day. 1.5 kg of fruit.

Also during the observance of the semi-liquid diet, it is good to perform morning calisthenics (10-15 minutes).
