German diet for 2 weeks

As you might guess from the name, this diet is very popular in Germany. It was developed by German experts specifically for the "full" women. The effect of it is awesome — 2 weeks, you can lose weight by 7 kg.
German diet 2 weeks menu is:
Monday. Breakfast — a Cup of black coffee or tea, small cracker. Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 80 gr. spinach, dressed with a little butter, tomato. Dinner: steak, 150 gr. salad from tomatoes and chopped green onions, seasoned with oil.
Tuesday. Breakfast: a Cup of coffee or tea, small cracker. Lunch: 200 gr. tomato salad and shredded cabbage, seasoned with butter, orange or 2 Mandarin, can one big Apple or a few plums. Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200 gr. cooked meat, 80 gr. green salad.
Wednesday. Breakfast: a Cup of coffee or tea. Lunch: egg, hard-boiled, 200 gr. boiled carrots, seasoned with a small amount of oil, 100 gr. cheese. Dinner: 250 gr. salad Apple, tangerine, banana and pear.
Thursday. Breakfast: a glass of natural Apple juice. Lunch: 250 gr. fried or boiled fish, tomato, Apple. Dinner: hamburger steak, 150 gr. green salad dressed with a little butter or lemon juice.
Friday. Breakfast: a glass of carrot juice. Lunch: 200 gr. fried chicken, 100 gr. green salad. Dinner: 2 hard-boiled egg, small grated carrots, seasoned with oil.
Saturday. Breakfast: Cup of unsweetened tea, toast. Lunch: 200 gr. grilled meat, 150 gr. salad of shredded cabbage with lemon juice. Dinner: 100 gr. grated carrots, seasoned with butter, 150 gr. cheese.
Sunday. Breakfast: Cup of unsweetened tea, toast. Lunch: 200 gr. roasted or boiled chicken. Dinner: 300 gr. any fruit (apples, pears, plums, oranges, apricot, kiwi, etc.).
2-week diet — a repetition of the first.
Food rules
• to adhere to such a diet you just need, without breaking the sequence of dishes.
• Between meals you can drink mineral water (better without gas).
