Sausage with capers and sun-dried tomatoes
Anyone who has ever home made sausage knows how to tighten this. The sausage tasted of real meat, made by hand and the composition of which know from before - you will pass the sausage departments in the store just with a grin. Here I am, making sausage once, forever entered into an unspoken, but very numerous "the party of sausage makers". And so I sucked this thing that I want sausage and sausage. Today is homemade sausage with a Mediterranean twist - with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, pine nuts and Italian spices.
