- Peanuts - 1.5 stack.
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 80 g
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple brown Betty under peanut roasting
Peanuts fry on a dry pan;
Melt butter in microwave, add sugar and cocoa and stir until the sugar is dissolved;

For the dough mix all ingredients until smooth;
Apple peeled cored, cut into slices;
The form slightly greased with butter;
Lay out the shape of apples, so that when cutting the pie, the apples remained untouched, that is, arrange the apples with the indent on the incisions (I have a form already divided into portions);
Pour apples test, level and over the dough, gently spread the caramel;
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes (readiness check toothpick);
Cool, remove from the mold, cut into portions (not affecting apples), bring to the table;
