- Feta - 100 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Antipasti platter

Onions cut into half rings.

Mushrooms clean, if necessary, to wash. Large cut into halves. In a frying pan with olive oil, sauté on medium heat onions and mushrooms. In about 10 minutes.
