Step by step instruction of cooking Aspic "Vertical"
Boiled meat chopped. Vertically spread a layer of meat in the mold.
Boiled eggs cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. Put a piece of the egg to the meat.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Vertical spread a layer of carrots.
Then again, the egg and the layer of meat. Warm broth mixed with soy sauce and instant gelatin. Add salt to taste. Fill the tart shells with the broth. Put the ramekins in the fridge to solidify.
Ready aspic served with finely chopped greens.
