- Herring - 1/2 PCs
- Carrots - 1/2 PCs
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 1/5 PCs
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Apple - 1/4 PCs
- Beets - 2 tbsp
- Gelatin - 1/2 tsp.
- Water - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- The dough is flaky unleavened - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad herring under beetroot mousse
I have no special molds for baking the cones, I made them out of cardboard, on top of the stapler to attach the baking paper. Roll out the dough, cut into long thin strips, which are wound helically on our molds.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until Golden.
Finely chop the herring, boiled carrots, boiled egg, onion, Apple, mayonnaise. Put the salad in the tube.
Soak the gelatin in 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp of soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" for 15 minutes. In a water bath to dissolve, not boiling. Mix with beets and sour cream to grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass.
Decorate with colored beet mousse top of our tubes.
