Delicious chocolate roll is perfect for the festive Christmas table.
Ingredients for Christmas chocolate roll
- Flour - 40 g
- Corn flour - 40 g
- Cocoa powder - 40 g
- Soda - 1/2 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Brown sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Cheese curd - 150 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
- Cherry - 100 g
- Condensed milk
Step by step instruction of cooking Christmas chocolate roll
Egg whisk with sugar.
Add flour, baking soda, cornmeal, flour, cocoa. Pour in hot water. Gently stir until smooth.
Pour the dough on a greased baking paper. Distribute the dough across the form. ( I have 30*25) Bake at 180 C for 5-7 minutes.
The finished cake put on the table and cover with a wet towel. Leave to cool.
