Ingredients for Christmas lamb
- Butter - 500 g
- Sugar - 500 g
- Chicken egg - 6 PCs
- Vanilla - 2 g
- Flour - 160 g
- Potato starch - 140 g
- Leavening agent - 10 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Christmas lamb
In a bowl, whisk soft butter and sugar until fluffy foam, gradually adding the eggs.
In another bowl make a dry mix. Flour mixed with starch. Add vanilla and baking powder. Mix.
