- Green peas - 600 g

- Dry white wine - 150 ml

The whole process is very easy and fast. So keep all the ingredients ready. Bring to boil the broth and finely chop the onion.
Mix in a saucepan the onion, wine, sugar and butter.
Once the butter is melted - pour 250 ml of hot broth, season with salt and pepper and cook under a cover on slow heat for 15 minutes.
