Why in Moldovan? It's very simple: the dough recipe I've borrowed from wonderful recipe Moldovan placing (thanks to the author of the recipe!). In addition, I really like the proposed there is the option of rolling dough and sculpting themselves placing. Well, since the filling is cheese, I decided that this is very similar in taste to Georgian khachapuri. So was born a "multinational" name :) it Turns out very tasty, tender and satisfying, and most importantly - fast! Try it! Bon appetit :)
