Recipe from Jamie Oliver with my small changes and additions. A rich, aromatic, spicy (even very), quick to prepare lunch or dinner. The unique taste and aroma mixture of white basmati rice and quinoa will win any kid.

Step by step instruction of cooking Lunch in a South American style
