Ingredients for Liver pate
- Liver pork - 1.3 kg
- Carrots - 300 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Fat - 500 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Sunflower oil
- Bay leaf - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Liver pate
Liver soaked for 3-4 hours in ordinary water, but in milk it was not. Every hour change the water to new.
Onions and carrots cleaned.
All cut into small pieces.
The liver is cut not very large, so it is well fried.
On a warm pan, put the bacon and vagaria it (not much) I have reduced 3 times.
On the other pan fry the liver (to avoid blood).
Meanwhile, the fat is ready
Add to bacon onion, and carrots. Simmer until the carrots are soft.
Putting it all together, add salt, spices, Bay leaf, cover and carcass for about 15 minutes.
