Soak lentils (if necessary).

When lentils are cooked (water should be almost to boil away if a lot, just drain), the remaining water is not drained, add 1 teaspoon of flour, then a pack of sour cream (small - about 150 g), slightly less than 1 tsp of mustard and give a little gurgle.
