Ear with Apple

Very tasty and rich the ear, which is like the first dish, and an appetizer, maybe after cooling and a couple of hours the fridge, it turns into jelly.
Ingredients for Ear with Apple
- Carp - 5 PCs
- Fish - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Apple - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Ear with Apple
Put in a pan of small fish (or head), carrot, onion, Bay leaf, salt and put on fire. After boiling, cook on low heat for 2 hours.
I was cooking broth in a slow cooker.
While cooking potatoes, cut perch ( try to remove all bones)
Take out the parsley, in a pan put the fish and apples (I had one and frozen). Cook for 7-10 minutes and switch off the stove. Remove the Apple. Cover with a lid and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
