That is such forming rolls have met me recently and of course I could not pass up. I don't regret, the buns turned out great!
Ingredients for Buns "Lace"
- Flour - 600-700 g
- Milk - 300 ml
- Yeast - 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar - 5-6 tbsp
- Butter - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Buns "Lace"

First make the dough. In a bowl, pour warm milk, sugar (1tbsp. teaspoon), yeast, leave for 5-10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt, remaining sugar. Add the yeast mixture and eggs, stir with a spoon. When the dough is still not fully mixed in, add the butter.

Dough knead well, cover and put in a warm place. It has doubled in size.

Roll out the dough, cut out circles with a diameter of about 5cm

Fold three circles of dough.

Roll them together.

Cut in half.

Lay out the pieces of dough into the muffin tin, as pictured. Coat with the egg slightly diluted with milk. (I added a little blueberry juice)Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180-200градусов. Focus on your oven.
