Ingredients for Meat rolls "Captain"
- Pork - 12 PCs
- Carrots - 5 PCs
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Cucumber - 3 PCs
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Bread crumbs
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat rolls "Captain"
Take 12 portioned pieces of pork, well repel, salt, pepper, season with spices for pork.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chopped, fry together until cooked, season with salt and pepper.
