- Milk - 180 ml
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
- Yeast - 8 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Sugar - 70 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Pie "Flower" with chocolate paste
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it to 30 ° C.
In warm milk add the yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and flour and dissolve all ingredients.
Let the yeast Wake up 15 minutes.
Sift the flour.
Then, in a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar and salt.
The egg yolks add the butter and yeast in the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Knead the dough for about 7 minutes.
Cover the dough with a linen cloth, and put it in a warm place.
Let rise (it should double in size).
When the dough is almost ready, you can turn on the oven and heat it to 170 ° C,
and put the jar of Nutella in a bowl of hot water so it would be better to smear.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface.
Knead the dough for about 1 minute, then divide it into 4 equal parts.
Roll out the first of the four parts into a circle approximately 25x25. The dough should be 3-5 ml.
Take a plate or the bottom of the form and mark the circle and within the circle evenly spread a thin layer of chocolate.
Again roll out the layer of dough, put it on the previous one, and mark a circle on it.
Then coat chocolate on the marked region. Repeat with the next layers.
And finally the last layer you put it on the previous one.
Cut the excess dough with a knife.
With the help of a glass, mark the center of the pie.
Divide the cake in four, starting cutting from the marked circle (remember to leave the center intact!)
Then divide each quarter into four equal parts.
