A wonderful salad with cod liver, rice and quinoa. Perfect for a dinner -hearty, wholesome and delicious.

- Avocado - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Lemon juice
- Onion - 0,5 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with rice, quinoa, and liver of a cod
You will need a mix of white aromatic rice and quinoa, "Basmati Quinoa Mix".
Pour the mixture of rice and quinoa with water and cook until tender.
Season with salt to taste.
Lay out a large part of the cooled rice and quinoa into the salad bowl.
