Step by step instruction of cooking Rice with Turkey and dried cherries

Boil the meat until tender (I took the shoulder part of the wing of a Turkey). Boiled meat to remove.
In a deep casserole in vegetable oil fry onion, diced, carrots, grated on a coarse grater.

For this dish I used a mixture of rice Mistral red, brown and wild Aquatica Color Mix.
