My debut on this wonderful website!!! Decided to start with something simpler - with pancakes. No idea why they are called Jordanian, not sure what's cooking in Jordan, pancakes (in our sense) at all, but it does not change the fact - they are sooo delicious. They look tasty in the context of low-calorie, wholesome, and eaten with great gusto even my eight-year-old daughter. The secret is in the stuffing! if anyone has similar - I haven't reviewed, please do not take offense ))) Share
