- Sour cream - 850 ml
- Butter - 400 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.

- Sugar - 300 g
- Starch - 2 tbsp
- Water - 50 ml
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Juice - 3 tbsp.
- Liqueur - 3 tbsp.
