Love the olive paste, it is convenient to use it for sandwiches, for bread, for pizza, as a sauce for pasta, or spread on bread to eat, but... the Smell of olive paste that are sold in stores, I don't like. So decided to share my recipe aromatic olive paste.
Ingredients for Olive paste with capers and sun-dried tomatoes
- Black olives - 300 g
- Capers - 2 tbsp
- Sundried tomatoes - 7 PCs
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Thyme - 1/2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 50 ml

Olives to release from the bones.
Add the dry herbs.
Add the capers, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice.
