It seems a good option. The lamb I buy what is possible - and loin, and shoulder, and ham. The pulp goes to main dishes such as pilaf, kyufta, etc. And of the remaining - cook the broth, with different gas stations.

- Broth - 200 ml
- Spelt - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 40 g
- Carrots - 15 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Cilantro - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.

Cook broth from lamb with the addition of roots and spices. Cool, strain. I usually cook what remains of pilaf - bones and a little meat.
Grits, pour the strained broth - about 15 minutes.
At this time, cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Carrots - not required, but it looks more elegant soup.
Meat cut into small pieces and add to the vegetables in the pan. Fry for a few minutes.
Put them in a saucepan with soaked spelt, bring to the boil and keeping the heat low to cook until rice is about 15 minutes. Whole spelt - a little bit longer.
To me the broth seemed hot enough and I added a pinch of chipotle peppers.
Chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley), together with the garlic and add to the finished soup. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
Pour into soup bowls.
To the soup you can cook tortillas or other bread, but it is quite self-sufficient.
