Girls and boys, all a good time of day. Today I want to share with you a delicious, aromatic bread. The recipe is excerpted from my recently acquired book "Bread 350 new recipes". The bread I bake for the third day in a row. Well, very tasty and always good. All lovers of homemade bread waiting for me to visit.
Ingredients for Rye bread in Norwegian
- Water - 330 ml
- Flour - 300 g
- Rye flour - 150 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1.5 tsp.
- Dry milk - 2 tbsp
- Malt - 2 tbsp
- Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- Cumin - 1.5 tbsp
- Water
- Flour
- Rye flour
- Butter
- Honey
- Salt
- Dry milk
- Malt

Our products (forgot to add the cumin and dried milk, sorry)

Lay all ingredients in a bucket according to HP instructions.

If You have mode "Rye", then select it. If not - then "Basic" size - M (my HP is at 400-450 g flour), the crust color - the "Average".
