- Milk - 700 g

- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Greens - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Yeast pancakes with original filling
The necessary ingredients
Separate the yolks (4 eggs) from the proteins in the sifted flour add the yeast, salt and sugar.
In warm milk, add gradually the prepared flour and the yolks, mix thoroughly.
Well mixed, put in a warm place to approach the test
After an hour the dough has doubled in size.
Whisk whites until thick foam, mix, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil "generous gift" and start baking pancakes.
