Pancakes with Nutella

Delicious chocolate paste, consisting of chocolate, oil, and a handful of nuts. Hot, when it is still liquid, can be a wonderful dessert sauce, and the cold dense filling. According to my family, she was great in any condition and it blended perfectly with the lush pancakes that are baked in the oven!
Ingredients for Pancakes with Nutella
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Milk - 2/3 of the stack.
- Leavening agent
- Flour - 2/3 of the stack.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Chocolate milk - 100 g
- Dark chocolate - 35 g
- Vegetable oil - 40 g
- Nuts - 35 g
- Vanilla - 1 g
- Powdered sugar - 25 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with Nutella
Whisk eggs with sugar in a lush foam, add to eggs and milk and beat for another few minutes.
Add to the dough sifted flour with baking powder and salt, stir with a whisk.
The baking forms with a size of about 12 cm grease with vegetable oil and put in a preheated 180 degree Celsius oven. In hot form, pour a quarter of the dough and bake until Browning.
Nuts fry for a few minutes, with continuous stirring, until Golden brown. I used apricot pits. Milled walnuts in a coffee grinder along with the powdered sugar.
Chocolate melt in a water bath.
To melted chocolate add ground nuts with powdered sugar, vanilla and vegetable oil.
Whisk the lot with a blender. At this stage, makes a delicious chocolate sauce, which you can decorate the desserts.
To obtain a chocolate paste put the mass into a glass jar and refrigerate. After two or three hours get a thick chocolate paste. When stored in the refrigerator, the paste becomes very hard, so before applying I recommend to stand it some time at room temperature.
