- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
- Beets - 1 piece
- Curd - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Prepare the filling of spinach. To do this in a pan with oil saute the spinach. In a bowl, mix the egg, ricotta, grated cheese, cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add to warm spinach and keep in the pan for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. In the filling add approximately 1 clove of garlic. I added the mustard and lemon juice, as for me, the spinach was too bland.
Cut pancake into 2 parts. On each half put an even layer stuffing. Folded in half, lengthwise.

Boiled beets RUB on a small grater. Mix with cheese, 1 clove of garlic, salt and cream (here cream you can substitute milk, yogurt, vegetable oil and even yogurt).
Salt, pepper to taste. Wrap rolls-buds with red filling.
Our food is ready. Can be slightly chilled before serving. I prefer to make this snack in the evening. During the night the juice soaked pancakes and lightly paint them in red and green.
