Unusual and at the same time delicious filling of pears and souffles. This filling does not require the addition of sugar or honey as its ingredients are quite sweet.
Ingredients for Pancakes with pear and lemon souffle
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Milk - 2 stack.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 0.5 package.
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Candy - 30 g
- Pear - 5 PCs
- Water - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with pear and lemon souffle
For the dough we mix the milk with sugar. Add the egg and stir with a whisk.
Gradually add the flour and vanilla, stir. The batter should be not too thick.
In sunflower oil TM Oleina in a pan fry the pancakes until Golden brown. Ready pancakes put on a plate.
While frying the pancakes, pour hot water and dried pears. Then cut the stem of the pear and the pear them in a meat grinder.
Souffle into cubes and combine with the twisted pear. Add a little water, so that the mixture is not too dry.
