Pancakes with green peas and bacon

Very simple and delicious recipe of the filling which will be suitable for any savoury pancakes. Instead of bacon you can take a breast, ham, all depends on your food preferences. Try to cook very simple!
Ingredients for Pancakes with green peas and bacon
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Green peas - 1 ban.
- Bacon - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onions - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
- Flour - 150 g
- Milk - 230 g
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Soda slaked vinegar - 1/4 tsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 30 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with green peas and bacon
Prepare the stuffing. Boil three potatoes in their skins. Boiled potatoes peel and grind into a puree.
While the potato is cooking, drain the marinade from the polka dot and send it in the blender to turn into a paste.
Bacon or pancetta cut into small cubes
and send to the frying pan, pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil.
Once the bacon is slightly browned (1-2 minutes), add the chopped onions
and later grated on a coarse grater carrots.
After 2 minutes, spread mashed potatoes and mashed peas to the pan. Add 2-3 tbsp of sunflower oil. You can also add 1 teaspoon of curry, black pepper, a little sea salt for taste. Heat the filling, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes. The beef is ready!
For the pancakes, knead the dough and bake on an oiled, well-heated pan. It is desirable to bake the pancakes in a frying pan large diameter. Spread the pancakes on a dish,
