Step 1

You can prepare the dough for pancakes on your favorite recipe.
Only at the end for chocolate pancakes, add 2 tbsp cocoa 250 ml of your pancake dough.


Step 2

I made chocolate pancakes on the classic recipe - mix until smooth the milk, egg, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, stir in flour. To the prepared pancake batter, add 2 tbsp cocoa.
The dough is ready.


Step 3

Make filling.
2 tbsp. poppy pour 50 ml of milk, add sugar, leave for 10 minutes (bake until the pancake). When Mac to be fed with milk, add to it the cheese, sour cream and sliced jujube.
Stir, taste for sugar, if necessary, adjustable.
Instead of marmalade you can take the candied fruit or any fruit that do not flow.


Step 4

Chocolate pancake dough bake on a greased hot pan pancakes.


Step 5

For each pancake evenly apply the filling evenly.


Step 6

Wrap the pancake roll.


Step 7

Cut and serve it.
Decorate to taste and desire - I have on top of the marmalade.
Simple, fast, delicious and beautifully (well, in my opinion)).
