- Mullet - 1.5 kg
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 100 g
- Parsley - 50 g
- Dill - 50 g
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Carrots - 250 g
- Vegetable oil - 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Mullet in foil with potatoes and herbs
Cleaning and gutting fish. Mode the fish into portions, sprinkle with salt and leave for 15 minutes.
Potatoes, carrots and onions cut into rings, salt, pepper and mix with vegetable oil.
Finely chop the celery, parsley, garlic salt and mix with 1/2 part mayonnaise.
On a baking sheet vystelim foil and pour on it a mixture of vegetables. On top of the vegetables put the pieces of fish and lay inside the mixture of greens.
On top of mayonnaise. Cover gently with foil, so it does not touch the mayonnaise and put into a well-heated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the top part of the foil and turn on the top heating of the oven, giving the crust to brown.
