I want to offer you a recipe for pickling tomatoes for the winter. This recipe was always closed for the winter tomatoes my mom. I also only use it.

Wash the tomatoes, peppers (peppers cut into), peel the garlic, wash and chop the dill. All folded up in a 3-liter jar.
Pour boiling water to the top of the jar. Cover with a lid until cool.
Drain the water in a saucepan. Add sugar and salt, bring to a boil.
In a jar add the vinegar, pour the boiling brine. "Roll up" cover, remove to heat for 6-8 hours.
