To get the dough out of the freezer, allow to thaw at room. temperature for 15 minutes.
Then cut into squares (I have the sheets rectangular, so from one 100-gram plate - 2 square).
Further, the cuts all the angles, but not dorezaya to the middle of 1-2 cm.
Next - bend the corners to the center. One bent, one side is missed, 1 bent, 1 missed. And so the 4 corners we will be in the center. Fasten the corners.
Put in the center, 0,5 teaspoon of jam.
Put in pre heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
