Beat eggs with sugar and salt until light foam.
Add the sifted flour, mix well.
Add the vegetable oil Oleina.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring. Leave the dough to stand for 30-40 minutes.
While the dough is resting will make a delicious sauce.
Almonds, pour boiling water, let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Rice flour, a pinch of salt and sugar mix in a bowl, then add 200 ml milk and mix well. Set aside until the side.
Boil 200 ml milk.

Boil the remaining 200 ml milk and a thin stream stirring constantly pour in to rice-milk mixture. Mix well.
Return to the saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Add to the saucepan the almond paste and stirring constantly boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat add brandy and flavoring, mix well, cool.
Almond petals fry in a dry pan.
This sauce is good by itself, it can be served as a dessert cream. Very tasty!
Pour a small polovnicky test and is distributed on the pan. see a beautiful caramel color it turns the pancake, and the taste... mmm...
