Spelt pancakes with rice-almond sauce

Delicate, unusual pancakes made with spelt flour and fragrant and silky cream. Try it, it's delicious!

Step 1

Beat eggs with sugar and salt until light foam.


Step 2

Add the sifted flour, mix well.
