Ingredients for Pancakes with julienne in cream sauce
- Butter - 60 g
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp
- Cream - 150 ml
- Broth - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Salt - to taste
- Allspice - to taste
- Cream - 250 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cream cheese - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with julienne in cream sauce
Bake pancakes on your favorite recipe. For this recipe we need 10 pancakes
So, start cooking julienne. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil until Golden color
To the onions add the sliced mushrooms. Fry until cooked mushrooms
Chicken fillet boil until cooked in advance. Cool, finely chop
And add to the mushrooms. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In another frying pan, melt the butter, add the flour. The mixture will turn out lumpy.
