Filler pie with meatballs and rice go very well with any soup, the broth instead of bread. He is good with tea or coffee. Gentle dough on yogurt, meatballs, onions, carrots and boiled rice are a good match. Preparing very simple, and delicious both warm and cold.

- Yogurt - 350 ml

- Flour - 210 g
- Wild rice - 250 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Black pepper

Step by step instruction of cooking Filler pie with wild rice and meatballs
To prepare this pie, I took wild rice aquatics Wild Rice from the Mistral. Rice fill the pot with water in the ratio 1:3, bring to the boil and reduce the heat. Close tightly the lid and cook on slow heat for 50-60 minutes, until most of the grains is not revealed. Remove from heat and leave the lid on for 5-10 minutes.
Carrots to grate on cucumbers, onions finely chop. Fry the onion with the carrots in a small amount of vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.
To the cooled rice add the fried carrots and onions, season with salt and pepper, add your favorite spices (optional).
