Boil 2 quarts of chicken broth.
Knead the dough from flour, two eggs, one tablespoon water and salt. Divide it in half, one half add the chopped greens, the other sweet peppers and, if desired, red chili pepper.
Boiled chicken meat skip through Mincer, add 2 beaten eggs, drop into boiling broth.
With a spoon dipped in boiling broth small, oblong dumplings.
Allow them to emerge. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
