Cupcakes "Tenderness" and the dough for sponge cake

This recipe was invented not by me, but I couldn't not share them, because while he is the only one which obtained amazingly delicious and delicate cupcakes! And out always! So many thanks to the author of the recipe, Alexander Afanasyev:)the Name I gave him, forgive me author:)by the Way this recipe turns out very tasty biscuit!
Ingredients for Cupcakes "Tenderness" and the dough for sponge cake
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Vanilla essence - 2 tsp.
- Milk - 170 ml
- Flour - 220 g
- Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cupcakes "Tenderness" and the dough for sponge cake
For starters take out of the refrigerator butter and let it melt, then we could well beat it with the sugar
To whipped with sugar and oil add eggs and whisk again. Add the vanilla extract and mix, I added a packet of vanillin
Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually introduced into the egg-sugar mixture, knead it, the dough turns thick. Next add the milk, knead well until smooth
Fill tins 3/4 full and in a preheated 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Readiness, as always, check with a toothpick
Unfortunately the photo fill the stuffing I do not: (Cut with a knife at a right angle a circle in the middle of kapika, I like a lot of filling, so I have a circle with a diameter of about 3 cm, cut out the core leaving the cap and fill cupcakes with filling-cottage cheese and pineapples:)Decorate as desired
