Many years ago, fate brought me to a wonderful girl-Chinese, which is spoken in Russian. Then, repeatedly visiting China, I visited at her house. She pampered me with all sorts of local Goodies. What I just tried: dumplings (it is their national dish), and pork and duck and even some bugs;) But I especially remember this hot with rice, vegetables and shrimp.
