Many years ago, fate brought me to a wonderful girl-Chinese, which is spoken in Russian. Then, repeatedly visiting China, I visited at her house. She pampered me with all sorts of local Goodies. What I just tried: dumplings (it is their national dish), and pork and duck and even some bugs;) But I especially remember this hot with rice, vegetables and shrimp. Very simple and tasty, especially with rice aquatics Mix TK Mistral.
Ingredients for Rice with shrimp and vegetables
- Figure - 150 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Ginger - 5 g
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Mandarin - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice with shrimp and vegetables
