Chefs of all congratulations to the beginning of pancake week!!! This is my first pancake cake! Made specially for this contest. I confess that I love sideways glances at the pancake cakes, doubted that such a cake can be like me and my naughty homemade). How wrong I was!!! If there are still doubters, it is highly recommend you to make such cakes. It is INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS: very tender, hearty, but not heavy. So many different nuances in flavor that only complement each other. And yet, not too lazy to bake this cake exactly 3 kinds of pancakes. Each of them gives its own taste. Particularly pleased with poppy seed pancakes. Poppy felt, and it gives a special tone on the palate. Mac better add steamed. Despite the fact that the description of the recipe and number of ingredients is large, the cake is not difficult to prepare, and time is not so much. Pancakes can be baked in advance. You can even freeze and at the right time to get out of the freezer and assemble the cake.

Step 1

Bake vanilla and poppy seed pancakes:
Connect the eggs with the sugar, salt, baking soda, vanilla, yogurt, milk. Beat with a whisk.

Add refined vegetable oil "Oleina" (2 tbsp).

Add the cooked condensed milk. Whisk to mix until smooth. To introduce pre-dissolved in 50 ml of water gelatin. Mix well.

Build:
