On Shrove Tuesday it is customary to cook pancakes and different toppings. The filling can be not only sweet but also hearty. And these pancakes are served along with main dishes to the table. Offer to cook pancakes with very satisfying and, at the same time, juicy filling in an unusual, but very beautiful form.
Ingredients for Pancakes "Cheese-cold bells"
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Flour - 80 g
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 350 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Minced meat - 5 tbsp
- Cheese - 2 tbsp
- Carrots - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 0,5 PCs
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 150 ml
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes "Cheese-cold bells"
In milk, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Then break an egg and with a whisk stir the mass until smooth.
Add flour and sunflower oil TM Oleina.
Pan fry until Golden color to the pancakes and a little bit of their cool.
The stuffing will cook in the pan in which you pour water and add salt and Bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
Then add the minced meat, chopped onion, carrots. Stir and simmer 20-30 minutes on low heat until tender.
Then cool the meat stuffing and combine it with the grated cheese and chopped garlic.
Pancakes turn: first turn in half and then each side folded to the middle and fix with toothpicks. Fill educated "jingle bells" cheese-meat filling. Pancakes ready to be served on the table.
