Add finely chopped onion and vegetable oil "Oleina".
Rye flour and whole wheat to sift.
Knead the dough and leave for 1 hour for fermentation, cover it with a towel.
For the sauce "Tartar" you will need mayonnaise. I decided to make homemade mayonnaise in vegetable oil "Oleina". In the blender place the yolks, salt, sugar, mustard, vinegar, chilled vegetable oil "Oleyna" and warm water.
Lower the blender into a glass and blend all at high speed. Within 30 seconds, the mass will thicken.
Now to make the sauce. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions, chop the cucumbers, add the chopped herbs, pepper and pressed garlic. Mix well.
Fry pancakes. The pan is warm, add a little vegetable oil "generous gift". Spreading the dough with a spoon and fry pancakes on both sides.
To remove excess fat, lay them on a paper towel.
Ready pancakes serve with tartare sauce. Nice!
