Red velvet. Incredibly delicious and delicate dessert with creamy curd cream and raspberries.

In order to prepare this dessert, we need vegetable oil TM "they" as for frying pancakes and pancake dough, and of course other ingredients.
In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, water, salt, sugar, vanilla, vegetable oil TM "generous gift" and food coloring. All beat well with a mixer. Add the cocoa and flour and again beat until smooth. Leave the dough to rest for about an hour.
While the dough is resting, make filling. Cream cheese and cottage cheese should be at room temperature. Combine in separate bowl all the ingredients for the filling except jam and whisk all with a mixer until creamy.
So as we prepare the dessert, the better to bake pancakes in a small frying pan, but if not available, it is possible to do it on large and then put on top of the saucer and the remains of the crop. Grease the pan with vegetable oil TM "generous gift" and fry pancakes.
In the center of the pancake put a strip of a teaspoon of raspberry jam, top with two strips of curd butter cream. The cream is convenient to pay using a pastry bag and nozzle.
Close the pancake from one side to the center, then with the other hand.
Decorate with a few berries of raspberry, mint and sprinkle with powdered sugar. From this quantity of ingredients makes 8 small pancakes - 4 servings.
