If you are preparing wild meat, you must clean it at least overnight to leave in the salt water solution.
Wipe meat and thick coat of sweet paprika. Coat veal paprika with salt.
For this dish we will need rice from TM Mistral bubble mix.
In a well-heated oil to fry until Golden brown ribs on all sides.
