These cute quiches I made for my family. Stuffing can take any, both meat and fish. Sauce it also can be very different. I took home tomato and sour cream with the mustard and lemon juice.

Step 1

The rice mixture to boil according to package instructions, cool.


Step 2

Onion and pepper cut into small dice.


Step 3

In a pan heat the oil and fry the vegetables until light Golden brown. Add the vegetables to the rice.

There add the egg, salt, pepper and stir.


Step 5

Put the rice in a silicone mold and put in a preheated 180C oven ha 10-15 minutes.


Step 6

Of minced beef, I got beef with onion, salt and peppers mixture to form balls. In a pan heat the oil and fry them on all sides until cooked.

Shape remove from the oven, cool slightly and remove the rice pudding. On each put a meat ball, pour over sauce and decorate with greens.
